Shipping & Delivery Policy

Fahymas Licensing is an independent online store operated by FAHYMAS LLC. We sell physical products (graphics cards and other computer hardware) and digital software. Physical goods are shipped to the address provided at checkout; software is delivered by email. See our Return & Refund Policy for returns and our Warranty page for manufacturer warranties.
Where we ship
We ship physical products to addresses in the United States only. We do not currently ship physical products outside the United States. Shipping is free on every order delivered within the United States. The shipping charge and final order total are always shown at checkout before payment.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Handling starts when your order is accepted and payment is confirmed. All times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier delays and remote addresses can add time. If anything changes after you order, we will email you.
Graphics cards and computer hardware
Graphics cards and other computer hardware ship by FedEx with tracking. We handle and prepare an accepted order in 1–2 business days. After dispatch, FedEx transit is estimated at 6–12 business days, so the combined estimate is about 7–14 business days from order acceptance. We send the FedEx tracking number when the order ships. If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact support with your order number and photos where available.
Inspect your delivery
When your order arrives, check the carton for damage before you sign, if you are asked to sign. If a carton is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, contact support as soon as possible with your order number and photos, and keep the carton and packing materials while we review the issue. Damage caused in transit is handled under our Return & Refund Policy at no cost to you.
Digital software
Software-only orders are delivered by email, not by parcel, and have no shipping charge. Depending on the exact product, the delivery may contain a license key or activation code, credentials for a supplied account, instructions for downloading from the manufacturer’s official source, and product-specific installation or activation guidance. The product page identifies what the customer actually receives; a supplied account is not a product key.
During support hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, confirmed orders are normally delivered within 2 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed outside those hours, on weekends, or on US public holidays are normally delivered on the next business day. Payment verification, security review, or a technical delay may take longer; we will contact you at the order email address if more information is needed.
Check your spam, junk and promotions folders and the email address entered at checkout. If the expected time has passed, email contact@fahymaslicensing.com with your order number and checkout email.
Orders with more than one type of product
Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days, and software in a mixed order is delivered by email. Each item follows the delivery estimate for its product type shown above.
Address changes and cancellations
To change the shipping address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually make changes before the order is dispatched. After dispatch, we will explain the options, which may include a return under our Return & Refund Policy.
