Fahymas Licensing is the store name of FAHYMAS LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company. FAHYMAS LLC is the legal entity responsible for this website, for the sale of products and for customer contracts. We currently sell computer hardware and software.

Trademark ownership

Product names on this website belong to their owners. Brands currently listed on the site include ASRock, ASUS, GIGABYTE, Microsoft, MSI, NVIDIA, PNY, Sapphire, XFX and ZOTAC. These names, and related logos, product names and service names, are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners in the United States and other countries.

Microsoft, Windows, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, Office, Project, Visio and related names are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies.

FAHYMAS LLC claims no ownership of any third-party trademark.

No endorsement

Fahymas Licensing is independently owned and operated. We are not an agent or representative of any manufacturer, and the presence of a brand name on this website does not mean that its owner endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with us.

For software, FAHYMAS LLC is enrolled in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program as an Indirect Reseller. That enrollment applies to software only. It does not make this website an official Microsoft channel or the Microsoft Store, and it does not extend to products made by other manufacturers. Any statement to the contrary, wherever it appears, is incorrect; please report it to us through our support page.

How we use brand and product names

We use brand and product names for one purpose: to identify accurately which product a customer is buying. In doing so:

  • We use a name only to the extent needed to identify the product, its model, edition or version.
  • We do not use manufacturer logos, badges, emblems or seals as part of our own branding. Product photos may show the manufacturer’s packaging and logos because they show the product itself.
  • We do not present this website as an official, certified, approved or authorized channel of any manufacturer.
  • We do not imitate the visual identity, layout or branding of any manufacturer’s website or store.
  • We do not display partnership badges, authorization certificates or endorsement seals.

Product support responsibility

Products sold through this website are made by their manufacturers. Software use is governed by the manufacturer’s license terms. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it is provided by the manufacturer under its own terms.

FAHYMAS LLC supports your order and your purchase, including the information needed to receive, install and, for software, activate the product you bought.
