Fahymas Licensing is a store name, not a separate legal entity. Your contract is with FAHYMAS LLC. Full registration details are on our Business Information page.
2. What we sell
We currently sell computer hardware and software. Software licenses grant a right to use software under the manufacturer’s terms and are delivered electronically. Physical products are shipped to the delivery address entered at checkout. Each product page identifies the item, its specifications and whether it is delivered electronically or shipped. Physical products ship to addresses in the United States only.
3. Product information
Specifications are taken from the manufacturer’s published information. Manufacturers may change designs, packaging or specifications without notice. Product photos show the product as published by the manufacturer; packaging and minor details may vary. If the product you receive differs materially from its listing, contact us and our Return & Refund Policy applies.
4. Our relationship with manufacturers
Fahymas Licensing is independently owned and operated. We do not act on behalf of the manufacturers whose products we sell, and no manufacturer is a party to your contract, which is with FAHYMAS LLC. For software, FAHYMAS LLC is enrolled in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider program as an Indirect Reseller; that enrollment applies to software only and each software product page states its own license type. See our Trademark Disclaimer.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order.
We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, where we cannot verify the order, where the delivery address is outside the area we ship to, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.
6. Pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD).
- Any tax and any delivery charge that applies are shown before you confirm payment. There are no hidden fees.
- Payment is taken at the time of the order. Payment methods are described in our Payment Policy.
- If a price is displayed in obvious error, we will contact you before processing rather than charge the wrong amount.
7. Delivery
Software orders are delivered to the email address you enter at checkout. You are responsible for entering it correctly. If our message is filtered into a spam or junk folder, it has still been delivered; check there before contacting us.
Physical products are shipped to the delivery address you enter at checkout. You are responsible for that address being correct and complete, and for someone being available to receive the delivery where the carrier requires it.
Delivery methods, times and any charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
8. Inspecting your delivery
Please inspect physical products when they arrive. If the packaging or the product is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier where possible, keep all packaging, take photographs and contact us promptly. The steps that follow are set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
9. Compatibility, installation and safe use
Before ordering, check the requirements on the product page: for software, the edition and system requirements; for physical products, dimensions, power requirements and compatibility with your equipment. Ask us first if you are unsure.
Graphics cards must be installed following the card maker’s instructions. Before ordering, check that your case, power supply and motherboard are compatible with the card.
10. Your use of software
Your use of software is governed by the manufacturer’s license agreement, which you accept when you install or activate it. That agreement is between you and the manufacturer. You agree to comply with it, including limits on devices and users and any restriction on transfer.
Products sold here are for end use. They are not supplied for resale or redistribution without our written agreement.
11. Manufacturer warranties
Where a manufacturer warranty applies to a product, it is provided by the manufacturer under its own terms, not by FAHYMAS LLC. If you have a problem with a product, contact us first and we will help with the next steps. This does not limit our obligations under our Return & Refund Policy or under applicable law.
12. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. It sets out different conditions for physical products and for digital software. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
13. Support
We support your order and your purchase during our published support hours, including software installation and activation guidance. The operation of each product is supported by its manufacturer under that manufacturer’s terms.
14. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate order, contact and delivery details.
- Check compatibility, dimensions and requirements before ordering.
- Follow the manufacturer’s assembly, installation and safety instructions.
- Keep software license information secure. A key you disclose may be used by someone else, and we cannot replace it.
- Do not use the website fraudulently or attempt to interfere with it.
15. Intellectual property
The content, design and text of this website belong to FAHYMAS LLC. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products we sell.
16. Fraud and abuse
Orders may be screened for fraud. We may request verification before delivering an order, and may refuse or cancel orders where verification fails or where an account shows a pattern of abuse, such as repeated chargebacks.
17. Liability
We are responsible for supplying what you ordered, as described. Where we fail to do so, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for loss caused by software faults, data loss, incompatibility you could have identified from the product page, or damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, and the courts of Kentucky have jurisdiction. If you buy as a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer law where you live.
19. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
20. Contact
